How do I get to my ftp server? |

Type ftp://ftp.humhost.com into a web browser like Firefox. Your webpage is in the html (hyper text markup language) directory. |

What can I do about all this spam? |

- Humhost scans all email and add [SPAM] to the subject line if it believes the email is spam.
- Humhost blocks all email from the major spam servers.
- Most importantly, Don't give out your e-mail address to people you don't know! Treat this as if it were your real address, or telephone number.
- If you are using Webmail and a spam email gets into your inbox, click on the message and click the learn button. The message will be moved to your spam folder and sender and content will be remembered as spam.
- If you are using an email client, most will have a junk mail button similar to the webmail button.
- Lastly, contact carl@humhost.com to setup stronger filtering on the server for you account.
